Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited - Scheme open to GK PP Licensees only.
Scheme open to GK PP Licensees only. Scheme starts from 9th June 2025 and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Opt in is required to join the scheme by completing the sign-up form at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3PH8YCH. Points are earned automatically with purchases of CCEP qualifying products made via Greene King Customers sales or via online ordering on www.PubPartners.net. Qualifying products are: packaged (all sizes) Schweppes tonics, sodas, juices & mixers, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Oasis, Appletiser, Fanta, Sprite, Monster, Innocent drinks, Bag in Box Postmix: Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Schweppes Lemonade, Fanta. Products included in offer are subject to availability. Each case of packaged product = 20 Points earned, each Bag in Box postmix = 60 Points earned. For every 1000 points earned, £10 credit will be awarded on a quarterly basis. This will be added to the Licensees trade account within 30 days of the end of the quarter. Unredeemed points will roll over to the following quarter. Points are non transferrable and cash alternatives are not available. To opt out of the scheme at any time, email PPMarketing@greeneking.co.uk. Please note that any points earned at time of opt out will not be honoured. Subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Greene King and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited are joint promoters and reserve the right to amend or terminate the scheme at any time with reasonable notice.
Privacy Notice
1. Data Controller. Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited (ICO registration number ZA054235) is the data controller in respect of this promotion.
2. We are required to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation in relation to the processing of any personal information obtained from you, including when you take part in this promotion. We are a member of the Greene King group of companies (the “Group”), and the Group takes the protection of your personal information seriously.
3. Why do we need to process your personal data? We want our promotion to be administered fairly so that all of our tenants can enjoy the potential benefits of it. To do this well, we need to process some of your personal data. We will process your personal data to administer the promotion, to confirm that you have complied with the terms of the promotion, to confirm whether you have made a qualifying purchase, to keep track of the points collected and redeemed, communicate with you in relation to any special points promotions and to deal with any queries you have in relation to the promotion.
4. What information do we process? When you join the promotion we need your contact information. We will also collect any sales volume information required to administer the promotion.
5. How long do we keep personal information for? If you exercise your data protection rights, we will keep a record of your request and our response indefinitely, to be able to show that we responded properly and fairly to your request. Otherwise we will keep your data for the following time periods:
Information relating to Joining the promotion Is kept for 6½ years following the end of your tenancy or lease
Information relating to Enquiring regarding promotion Is kept for 3 months following our reply to you
6. Will we sell your personal data to anyone else? No. That’s not something we do.
7. Who do we share personal data with and why? Any personal information collected may be shared with other companies in our Group and will be used for administrative or operational reasons connected with the promotion, including to communicate with you.
8. All of these organisations are required to comply with our data processing standards and are bound by the terms of this privacy notice. They are not permitted to use your personal data for their own purposes.
9. We will also share your personal data with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited (“CCEP”) for fulfilment of the scheme only. Your personal data will be processed by CCEP in accordance with their privacy notice Privacy notice | Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
10. We will share your personal data as required by law or where we are asked to do so by a public or regulatory authority.
11. As we develop our business, we might sell or buy group companies or other businesses. If we do so, this might involve transferring customer information relating to the relevant company or business to the person buying the business. The buyer will only be permitted to use your personal data as outlined in this privacy notice.
12. We will not pass your personal information outside of the UK or EU or to any other external organisation without your prior permission.
13. Direct marketing. We may ask whether you want to receive marketing from us – it’s your choice, but if you sign up for marketing please read our general privacy notice at www.greeneking.co.uk/privacy.
